High after hours rates.

Their after hours rates are HIGH! Beware..also know that after hours means after 5pm! They came to my house at 5:30 and the problem was a hose on my fridge I have to fix myself. But for the 10 min the guy was there and for moving my fridge out about a foot I got charged $124! If they had let me know upfront about the after hours charges I probably would have scheduled them for the following day durning normal business hours. Shame on me for not asking. That's a $124 dollar mistake that won't happen again. I just think they should tell you their rates when your making your appoitments so that they don't catch you off guard. That would be the professional thing to do.
